Yes, I know what you're thinking. It's another cover song this week. However it's very rare that a cover version comes along and grabs me by the dangly bits in such a way that this one did when it crept up on my playlist a couple of weeks ago.
3TEETH are an industrial metal band from California and are absolutely dripping with that moody nostalgic 90's and early 2000's vibe that bands like Nine Inch Nails, Ministry, KMFDM and many others were known for. They fell onto my radar not too long ago when I heard their cover of Ballroom Blitz whilst watching the very under-rated and over the top "Guns Akimbo" on a whiskey binge one evening (check it out on Amazon Prime). But this one's even better. This week we give you 3TEETH's take on Pumped Up Kicks (originally by Foster The People). Rock on!
